1. Item Damaged or Defective upon Arrival:
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact our customer support team within 10 days of receiving the product. We will assess the situation on a case by case basis and provide you with a replacement, repair, or refund, depending on the circumstances. Please take a picture and send to sales@tinydecks.com with circumstance and order information.
2. Incorrect Item Shipped:
If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered, please notify us within 10 days of receiving the product. We will investigate the matter and provide you with the correct item or offer a refund, depending on the availability of the product.
3. Size or Fit Issues:
It's a standard ball cap, there shouldn't be any size or fit issues if you wear standard ball caps.
4. Refunds:
