Refund policy

Tiny Decks reserves the right to accept returns on a case by case basis.  It's a hat and we aim to provide you exactly what you purchased.  No "surprises" like your online dating life here. We're honest dudes the hat that shows up should look exactly like the hats on our website.

Tiny Decks strives to provide our customers with the best possible shopping experience. We're honest dudes and understand that sometimes a return or refund may be necessary. Our return and refund policy is designed to be fair and flexible, taking into account various situations that may arise. Please review our case by case return or refund policy below:

1. Item Damaged or Defective upon Arrival:
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact our customer support team within 10 days of receiving the product. We will assess the situation on a case by case basis and provide you with a replacement, repair, or refund, depending on the circumstances.  Please take a picture and send to sales@tinydecks.com with circumstance and order information.

2. Incorrect Item Shipped:
If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered, please notify us within 10 days of receiving the product. We will investigate the matter and provide you with the correct item or offer a refund, depending on the availability of the product.

3. Size or Fit Issues:
It's a standard ball cap, there shouldn't be any size or fit issues if you wear standard ball caps.

4. Refunds:
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 30 days for the refund to be reflected in your account. If you have any concerns or questions about your refund, please email sales@tinydecks.com otherwise utilize self serve returns link below.
